    Retains 900+ MPa UTS at 650°C — temperatures at which stainless steel and titanium have significantly reduced strength. For gas turbine components, exhaust manifolds, and rocket nozzles, superalloys are irreplaceable.

    Resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in seawater — outperforming even duplex stainless steel in the most aggressive marine environments. Used for subsea wellhead equipment and offshore chemical injection systems.

  • Oxidation Resistance

    Superalloys form a stable protective oxide at high temperatures — resisting oxidation and scaling at temperatures where other metals would burn. Essential for components in direct contact with combustion gases.
