Process & Quality Control

We maintain a comprehensive quality management system, with experienced teams ensuring product precision and consistency throughout production.

Quality processes include: Incoming Inspection → First Article Inspection (FAI) → Process Sampling → Outgoing Quality Control (OQC). Each step adheres to strict standards, guaranteeing process stability and dimensional consistency.

Equipped with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), projectors, calipers, hardness testers, and other inspection tools, we provide CMM reports, dimensional reports, and full inspection records, ensuring tolerances remain stable within ±0.005–0.01 mm.

We support the development of customized acceptance criteria and inspection plans based on client requirements, delivering full traceability and reliable quality assurance from design to delivery.

Document Review & Quotation

Submit drawings with material, tolerance, surface treatment, annual volume, and delivery schedule requirements. Quote returned within 24–48 hours including tooling cost breakdown where applicable.

DFM & Process Planning

Engineers review for mass-production machinability, tooling feasibility, and process optimization. Cost-reduction opportunities identified and proposed before order is confirmed.

Tooling & First Article

Production tooling manufactured and qualified. Full FAI against every drawing dimension — CMM report issued. Production does not proceed without your FAI approval.

Pilot Run

Small pre-production batch to validate process stability and confirm cycle times. Any process adjustments made before full production release.

Mass Production

Full production run with in-process sampling at defined intervals. Tooling wear tracked against replacement intervals.

Surface Finishing

Batch surface treatment per specification. Critical dimensions re-checked after coating where thickness affects functional fits. Batch treatment records maintained.

Final Inspection & OQC

Full CMM inspection, visual/cosmetic check, and functional verification before shipment. CMM report, dimensional record, and material cert issued with every delivery.

Packaging & Delivery

OEM-spec or custom packaging per your supply chain requirements. Shipped via DHL, FedEx, sea freight, or China-Europe Railway per agreed delivery terms and schedule.
