Quality processes include: Incoming Inspection → First Article Inspection (FAI) → Process Sampling → Outgoing Quality Control (OQC). Each step adheres to strict standards, guaranteeing process stability and dimensional consistency.

Equipped with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), projectors, calipers, hardness testers, and other inspection tools, we provide CMM reports, dimensional reports, and full inspection records, ensuring tolerances remain stable within ±0.005–0.01 mm.

We support the development of customized acceptance criteria and inspection plans based on client requirements, delivering full traceability and reliable quality assurance from design to delivery.

DFM & Process Planning

Engineers review for mass-production machinability, tooling feasibility, and process optimization. Cost-reduction opportunities identified and proposed before order is confirmed.

Tooling & First Article

Production tooling manufactured and qualified. Full FAI against every drawing dimension — CMM report issued. Production does not proceed without your FAI approval.

Pilot Run

Small pre-production batch to validate process stability and confirm cycle times. Any process adjustments made before full production release.

Mass Production

Full production run with in-process sampling at defined intervals. Tooling wear tracked against replacement intervals.

Surface Finishing

FAQ

What is your minimum order quantity for mass production?

For CNC machining: no formal MOQ — but high-volume pricing applies from approximately 1,000 pcs and above. For forging: MOQ typically 1,000 pcs depending on part complexity and material. For die casting: MOQ typically 2,000 pcs. For injection molding: depends on tooling type — multi-cavity production tooling is justified from approximately 10,000 pcs annually. We advise on the most cost-effective process for your volume at quoting stage.
Can you manage ongoing supply with regular delivery schedules?

Yes. For ongoing production programs, we work to an agreed delivery schedule — weekly, monthly, or per-release depending on your supply chain requirement. We maintain buffer stock for high-volume repeat orders and provide advance notice of any lead time changes. A dedicated account manager owns the schedule on our side.
What is your production lead time for mass production orders?

For repeat orders on established processes: 15–25 working days. For new production programs requiring tooling: tooling lead time is 2–4 weeks, followed by FAI approval, then production. Full lead time from drawing approval to first shipment is typically 6–10 weeks for new programs. Rush production available for established repeat orders.
How do you handle tooling ownership and cost?

Tooling is quoted separately from per-part cost. Customer-owned tooling is stored at our facility with a tooling register — you retain ownership and can request transfer at any time. Tooling maintenance and replacement are managed proactively; worn tooling is flagged before it affects
