• Do you accept prototype or small-batch orders?

  Yes. We can flexibly handle orders from single prototypes to mass production.Sample lead time is typically 3–7 working days.

• What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

  Our MOQ policy is designed to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs:
  • CNC Machining & Sheet Metal Fabrication: No MOQ. Prototypes, small batches, and mass production are all welcome.
  • Forging: Typical MOQ starts around 1,000 pcs, depending on part complexity and material.
  • Casting: Typical MOQ starts around 2,000 pcs.

• What is your production lead time?

  For samples: 3-7 days. For mass production: 10-30 days after order confirmation, depending on the order quantity and part complexity. Rush services are available for urgent projects.

• What’s your product price?

  As all parts are custom-made, we don’t have a fixed price list. Pricing depends on the part’s design, material, surface finish, and quantity. Once we receive your drawings or requirements, our team will evaluate them and provide an accurate quotation within 24 hours.

• What are your payment terms?

  Our standard payment terms are:
  Orders < $1,000: 100% payment in advance.
  Orders ≥ $1,000: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
  We are flexible and can discuss terms for long-term projects.

• How do you arrange shipping and delivery?

  We offer various delivery options — express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight, fast sea shipping, China–Europe Railway, and standard sea freight — under FOB, CIF, or DDP terms. Typical transit times: 3–5 days by express, 7–10 by air, and 20–45 by sea or railway.

• What information do I need to provide for a quotation?

  To provide an accurate quote, please share 2D drawings (PDF/DWG) and 3D models (STEP/IGS/X_T preferred) along with quantity, material, and surface finish details. If you don’t have drawings, send us a sample or sketch with dimensions — we’ll help create them.

• How do you handle quality issues?

  If any quality issue is found, we will promptly evaluate the cause and provide corrective, rework, or remake solutions to ensure the parts meet specifications.

• Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

  Yes. We strictly protect customers’ intellectual property and design confidentiality, and can sign an NDA to ensure project security.

• What if I don't have drawings? Can you help?

  Of course. We offer ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services — you can simply provide sketches, photos, or reference samples, and our engineering team will help turn your idea into a manufacturable design.
