Specializing in Precision Manufacturing for the Electronics Industry

Electronics component manufacturing demands tight dimensional tolerances, consistent surface finish, and cosmetic quality that passes consumer-facing inspection standards. Whether for consumer devices, industrial controls, or medical electronics, every part must meet both functional accuracy and appearance requirements — a housing with tool marks or inconsistent anodizing isn't a finished part regardless of dimensional conformance.

Leveraging over 30 years of precision manufacturing expertise, Keywin delivers integrated manufacturing solutions for electronics OEMs — from prototype appearance samples to production-volume runs. Our capabilities encompass CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and a full range of surface treatment processes including anodizing, bead blasting, and powder coatin

Consumer Electronics

Typical Parts We Machine for Electronics

Device Housings & Enclosures

Laptop shells, tablet frames, portable speaker bodies — aluminum or magnesium alloy; sandblasted + anodized to consumer finish standard

Internal Structural Brackets

Camera module mounts, PCB support frames, battery bracket — precise hole patterns and wall thickness for assembly tolerance stack-up

Decorative Trim & Cosmetic Parts

Antenna slots, button trim, bezel frames — where appearance and dimension both need to be exactly right

Connector & Port Surrounds

USB-C surrounds, port reinforcements, SIM tray slides — small features, tight tolerances, no cosmetic defects

Wearable & Smart Device Structures

Watch cases, earphone housings, fitness tracker frames — complex geometry, small scale, premium finish expectation

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Our machining capabilities cover the manufacturing of metal and plastic components, from precision machining to surface finishing and assembly — handling single prototype pieces and high-volume production runs equally well.

CNC Precision Machining

3/4/5-axis milling and turning, ±0.005 mm

Multi-Process Integration

Forging, casting, injection molding, sheet metal, one order

Surface Finishing

Anodizing, electroplating, powder coating, Dacromet, PVD, 20+ options

Assembly & Packaging

Component assembly, functional testing, customized packaging

Quality & Inspection System

We run a four-checkpoint quality system: incoming material inspection → first article inspection (FAI) → in-process sampling → outgoing quality control (OQC). Every step is documented and traceable.

On the equipment side: CMM coordinate measurement, optical projection, hardness testing, surface roughness gauging. We issue CMM reports, dimensional reports, and full-inspection records per batch. Tolerances are held to ±0.005–0.01 mm as standard, with tighter specs agreed at the quoting stage.

We support custom acceptance criteria and inspection plans built around your drawings — so the quality standard that matters to you is the one we actually measure against.
