Depending on the part geometry, flat sheet cutting or tube cutting can be applied to efficiently process everything from simple panels to complex profiles, offering high precision, fast processing speed, and minimal heat-affected zones. We support both 2D flat sheet and tube laser cutting to meet the fabrication demands of structural brackets, enclosures, and precision profiles.

2D Flat Sheet Laser Cutting
Cuts flat sheet material directly from a nested CAD layout, following the full profile in a single pass.
Suitable for panels, brackets, and flat parts of any contour complexity.
Achieves cutting accuracy up to ±0.1 mm with minimal heat distortion.

Laser Tube Cutting
Cuts profiles directly onto round, square, and rectangular tube stock, including mitered joints and cutouts.
Suitable for frames, structural tube assemblies, and parts requiring end-to-end tube processing.
Achieves accuracy up to ±0.15 mm across the full tube length.
