Our Casting Capabilities Overview

Three casting processes matched to your part geometry, material, and production volume — from high-volume die casting for standardized components, to large custom parts produced through sand casting, to complex, fine-detail geometries achieved with investment casting, giving you the flexibility to choose the right method for every project.

Tolerance & Quality Control

Casting tolerances are inherently wider than machining, so we build quality control into every stage — from mold trial to final shipment — to keep dimensions predictable across production runs.

Our QC workflow follows: Incoming Material Inspection → First Article Inspection (FAI) → In-Process Sampling → Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), with critical dimensions verified against the mold trial baseline.

For parts requiring tighter tolerances, we apply post-cast CNC machining on critical features, holding dimensions within ±0.1 mm where the as-cast tolerance isn't sufficient. Full inspection reports are available on request.

We support customized acceptance criteria — including porosity limits, hardness testing, and material certification — for projects with specific compliance requirements.

Cooperation & Casting Process

Requirement Review

Confirm design files, material specification, and production volume; assess casting feasibility and part geometry.

Process & Mold Planning

Determine the appropriate casting method and mold structure; provide tooling lead time and cost quotation.

Tooling & Setup

Manufacture and trial the casting tooling (die or mold), adjusting parameters until sample parts meet drawing tolerances.

Precision Casting

Run production casting, followed by trimming, post-cast machining, and inspection to meet final dimensional requirements.
