Our Sheet Metal Fabrication Capabilities Overview

Three core processes, one integrated workflow — from flat pattern cutting through to final assembly.

Welding & Assembly

Certified TIG and MIG welding for structurally sound, ready-to-install assemblies.

CNC Bending

Accurate press brake forming for complex bends and multi-angle profiles.

Laser Cutting

Precision cutting of flat sheet metal with clean edges and tight-tolerance profiles.

Cooperation & Fabrication Process

Requirement Review

We review your flat pattern or 3D file, confirming material grade, thickness, and finish requirements before quoting.

Process Planning

Our team maps out the optimal sequence of cutting, bending, and joining, and locks in lead time and pricing upfront.

Programming & Setup

Nesting layouts are optimized for material yield, and bending programs and tooling are configured on the shop floor.

Precision Fabrication

Parts are cut, formed, and welded to spec, with in-process checks at each stage to hold tolerance through to final assembly.

Tolerance & Quality Control

Every sheet metal part we produce goes through a structured quality control process, from incoming material checks to final outgoing inspection.

Our QC workflow follows: Incoming Material Inspection → First Article Inspection (FAI) → In-Process Sampling → Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), keeping cutting and bending dimensions consistent across the full production run.

For dimensional verification, we use CMMs, height gauges, and bend angle testers, issuing full inspection reports on request. Standard tolerances are held within ±0.05–0.1 mm, with tighter tolerances available on critical features.

Custom inspection plans and acceptance criteria can be arranged for projects with specific compliance or certification requirements.

Fabricable Materials

Sheet metal parts can be fabricated from a broad range of metals — from cost-effective carbon steel for structural brackets to corrosion-resistant stainless steel for outdoor or hygienic applications. Browse our standard material options below.

CNC MachiningTitanium Alloys

High strength-to-weight ratio, superior corrosion resistance, and lightweight (high machining difficulty).

Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5), Grade 2 (CP).

Surface Treatment Capability

A fabricated part is only half finished without the right surface treatment. We apply coatings and finishes that protect against corrosion, improve appearance, or prepare parts for further assembly — matched to your application and budget.

Basic & Pretreatment Finishes

Cleaning, deburring, and surface preparation to ensure a contamination-free base for subsequent finishing processes.

● Deburring: Removes sharp edges and burrs, improving part safety and appearance.

● Cleaning: Removes cutting fluid, residue, and oxide layer; ensures a contamination-free surface.

Mechanical Finishes

Physical processes that improve surface flatness, smoothness, and texture.

● Sanding / Grinding: Removes machining marks and smooths surfaces.

● Polishing: Improves surface smoothness and gloss.

● Brushing: Creates uniform directional surface textures.

● Sandblasting / Bead Blasting: Removes oxides and creates a matte textured finish.

Protective Finishes

Chemical and electrochemical processes that enhance corrosion resistance and surface protection life.

● Anodizing (Type II / III): Forms a protective oxide layer for improved corrosion and wear resistance.

● Electroplating: Applies a metal coating to improve corrosion resistance, conductivity, and appearance.

Decorative & Marking Finishes

Processes that enhance appearance quality and apply permanent identification.

● Anodizing Coloring: Adds durable and uniform color after anodizing.

● Powder Coating: Forms a durable and weather-resistant protective coating.

Hardening & Functional Treatments

Processes that increase surface hardness, wear resistance, and functional performance.

● PVD / Vacuum Plating: Applies hard decorative coatings for improved wear resistance.

● Salt Bath Nitriding / QPQ: Enhances surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Application Industries

Automotive

Manufactures high-strength components (engine casings, suspension brackets, connecting seats) for automobiles, motorcycles, and off-road vehicles.
